Shir Ben-Shushan is a business development professional focused on healthcare innovation, digital health and startup ecosystems. As a biomedical engineer, she works with hospitals, healthtech startups and technology partners across the US and Israel to support the development and adoption of advanced healthcare solutions.

Her work focuses on connecting founders, healthcare organizations and innovation leaders to accelerate impactful healthtech collaborations and initiatives, including the development of data and AI capabilities within healthcare systems.

Role at ISRTW: Shir coordinates the HealthTech startup showcase, founder participation and vertical-specific programming support, helping highlight leading healthcare innovations at Israel Tech Week.
