terms of use
Terms of Use for Israel Tech Week
Effective date: September 3, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to israeltechweek.com, your submission of forms and applications, your registration for Israel Tech Week programs, and your participation in events organized by Israel Tech Week LLC. By using the website or registering for an event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. Who we are
Israel Tech Week LLC organizes conferences, programs, meetings, showcases, and related activities that connect the technology ecosystems of Israel, the United States, Miami, and other international markets.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the website, submit an application, or register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization.
3. Permitted use of the website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with site operations, introduce malicious code, scrape personal information, impersonate another person, submit false information, send spam, or use our content or services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Applications and submitted materials
Speaker, startup, partner, sponsor, media, volunteer, and program applications do not guarantee acceptance, participation, speaking time, investment, introductions, publicity, or any other benefit. We may review applications, request additional information, and make selection decisions based on program fit, capacity, safety, and operational considerations.
You confirm that information and materials you submit are accurate and that you have permission to share them. You retain ownership of your materials, but you grant Israel Tech Week LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, reproduce, adapt, and display submitted names, biographies, logos, headshots, company descriptions, session materials, and approved promotional assets for evaluating, organizing, and promoting Israel Tech Week. You may contact us before publication if particular material requires special handling.
5. Registration, tickets, payments, refunds, and transfers
Registration and ticketing may be processed through Luma or another identified provider. The price, access level, refund terms, transfer rules, deadlines, taxes, and fees shown at the time of purchase or in an event-specific written offer form part of your agreement. If an event-specific term conflicts with this page, the event-specific term controls for that registration.
Complimentary, discounted, speaker, media, sponsor, partner, and invited-guest access may have separate eligibility and transfer restrictions. Access credentials and badges may not be resold or used by an unauthorized person.
6. Program, speaker, schedule, and venue changes
Events depend on speakers, venues, partners, travel, security, technology, and other conditions. We may reasonably change a program, speaker, session, format, schedule, capacity, venue, or access procedure. If an event is postponed or canceled, the applicable registration terms will explain available remedies. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7. Independent and community-hosted events
Some side events or community programs may be organized by independent third parties. Unless Israel Tech Week LLC is expressly identified as the organizer, the third-party organizer is responsible for that event, including its registration, venue, safety, content, accessibility, cancellation, and refund terms. A listing, link, or brand collaboration does not by itself make Israel Tech Week LLC the event organizer.
8. Event conduct, safety, and accessibility
Participants must follow venue rules, reasonable staff instructions, credential requirements, safety procedures, and any published Code of Conduct. Harassment, threats, violence, unlawful discrimination, disruptive conduct, unauthorized solicitation, and misuse of credentials are prohibited. We may deny entry or remove a participant when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or event operations.
Participants who need an accessibility accommodation should contact info@israeltechweek.com as early as reasonably possible. We will review requests in good faith and work with venues and service providers where appropriate.
9. Photography, video, and event recordings
Israel Tech Week events may be photographed, filmed, livestreamed, or recorded. Where permitted by law, attendance in public event areas may result in your image, voice, name, or likeness appearing in event documentation and promotional materials. We will provide additional notice or obtain permission where required. Contact us in advance about a documented privacy, safety, or accessibility concern.
You may not record restricted sessions, private meetings, confidential materials, or other participants in violation of posted rules, applicable law, or a speaker's instructions.
10. Intellectual property
The website, event brands, logos, graphics, recordings, and original content are owned by Israel Tech Week LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, or create misleading derivative uses of this material without written permission, except where applicable law allows.
Speakers, sponsors, partners, exhibitors, and other third parties remain responsible for their own materials and claims. Their participation does not imply endorsement by Israel Tech Week LLC.
11. Third-party services and links
The website and events may link to or use third-party services, including Wix, Luma, maps, analytics, video, social media, payment, venue, and partner services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
12. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookies Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used and how visitors can manage their choices.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and event information are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website operation, specific speakers, business results, investment outcomes, introductions, or the accuracy of statements made by independent speakers or third parties.
To the extent permitted by law, Israel Tech Week LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, reliance on third-party content, or participation in an event. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
14. Events beyond reasonable control
We may be unable to perform or may need to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event because of severe weather, public health events, governmental action, transportation disruption, labor disputes, civil unrest, security threats, terrorism, power or internet outages, venue unavailability, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. The event-specific registration terms and applicable law will determine any refund, credit, transfer, or rescheduling remedy.
15. Governing law, changes, and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Before starting a formal dispute, the parties should try in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting one another. Any forum, arbitration, jury-waiver, or class-action provision will apply only if it is presented in a legally effective agreement and enforceable under applicable law.
We may update these Terms when our services, events, or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@israeltechweek.com.
