Hadas Frank is the Founder and CEO of NextGenAI, an AI strategic consulting and education firm. As an AI strategic consultant and educator, she works with companies, executives, and professional non-technical teams to identify where AI can create real value in their daily work and teaches them how to use leading AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and support better decision making. Through her consulting, workshops, and executive sessions, Hadas helps organizations move from curiosity about AI to practical and responsible adoption that delivers measurable impact. She also leads the AI vertical and business development at Israel Tech Week in Miami, where she identifies and engages sponsors, investors, and corporate partners, presents strategic partnership opportunities, and manages collaborations that connect Israeli innovation with global companies and decision makers.
