Julia Ellis

Julia Ellis serves as Director of Innofense, the Israeli Ministry of Defense accelerator program operated in partnership with SOSA, and as an independent consultant to early-stage Israeli defense tech startups. Across both roles, she helps companies strengthen their marketing and strategic positioning. Originally from Miami, Julia began her career in corporate marketing in New York City before making Aliyah in early 2025. She draws on her ties to both Miami and Israel to connect Israeli innovation with U.S. opportunities and build relationships that create lasting impact.
