Ayal Stern

Ayal is the Founder of Israel Tech Week and Co-Founder of The LAB Miami, a leading innovation campus and startup hub in South Florida. A seasoned entrepreneur and ecosystem builder, Ayal has played a key role in connecting founders, investors, and global partners across the U.S. and Israel. Ayal previously served as a founding team member and as US CEO and Global COO of ThriveDX (now IronCircle), which was acquired by Quickstart. Earlier in his career, he was an early founding team member at BurlingtonEnglish, which also successfully exited. Through his leadership, he has helped position Miami as a gateway for international tech expansion while fostering collaboration across emerging technology verticals.
